You must have at least Microsoft Word 2003 and/or Adobe Reader 11 to view a solicitation. Copies of the solicitations may also be obtained by faxing your request to MIHS Contracts Management at 602-344-1813. Addenda means the original solicitation has been modified. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that all Addenda have been read and incorporated into the final bid or proposal.
