Appointments and Referrals

To schedule an appointment, please call 480-344-2100.

Patients are seen Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Patients are not seen without scheduled appointments – there is no walk-in clinic.

Patients do not need a referral, but can call our outpatient clinic on their own to request services. An initial evaluation is performed via telephone call and typically requires 15-30 minutes. Patients are notified whether they are accepted into our clinic or not. If not, resources to other psychiatric care in the area are provided.
