Meeting Schedule & Current Agenda

The Board holds a regular monthly meeting on the fourth Wednesday of each month. An exception may occur if the fourth Wednesday falls on a legal holiday, in which case the Board will select another date and publish it in advance. Special meetings may be called at the Board's discretion. All meetings are open to the public.

During a meeting open to the public, the Board may decide to go into executive session. A majority vote of Board members will authorize the executive session to convene immediately following the vote and that will not be open to the public. Executive session discussions are confidential as required by law.

Agendas for all Board meetings are posted at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting on this web site and in the glass case in the first floor public elevator lobby, on the south wall in the Maricopa Medical Center, located at 2601 East Roosevelt Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85008. Back up materials for each agenda item, except executive session items, are available in the office of the Clerk of the Board after the agenda has been posted and also are available at the meeting.

As a convenience to the public, and in the discretion of the Clerk or the Board, back-up materials for the agendas also can be posted on this site.
