Pursuant to A.R.S.§ 38-431.01, 38-431.02 and 38-431.03(A), notice is hereby given to the members of the Maricopa County Special Health Care District Board of Directors and to the general public, that the Maricopa County Special Health Care District Board of Directors will hold an Emergency Meeting open to the public on Monday, June 23, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Maricopa Medical Center, Administration Conference Room, Administration Building, 2601 E. Roosevelt Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85008

Agendas ordinarily are available within 24 hours of each meeting in the Office of the Board, Maricopa Medical Center, Administration Building, 2nd Floor, 2601 E. Roosevelt Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85008.  Because this is an Emergency Meeting, agendas are available now.  THis meeting s being held on an emergency basis as permitted by A.R.S. § 38-431.02(D).  The grounds justifying the use of an emergency session with notice of fewer than 24 hours are set forth on the meeting agenda.
