There’s no place like home when you’re on the road to recovery.

When you’re recovering from an accident or illness, sometimes you need a helping hand for a little while longer.

Bridge to Home attendants provide friendly, respectful assistance with the everyday activities of living that might be difficult. Our packages provide the following services:

Services

• Meal Preparation Recovery Package
• Light housekeeping
• Grocery shopping
• Errand services
• Help with pet care
• Entertainment (games, crafts, reading)
• Reminder services (meds, dates, routines)
• Assistance with other activities of daily living

Packages

• Recover Package - $68
  4 hours of care in one block of time
• Comfort Package - $199
  12 hours of care over 3 visits
  Can be spread out over 1-2 weeks
• Wellness Package - $325
  20 hours of care
  Can be spread out over 1-2 weeks
• Rest, Relax, & Renew Package - $525
  32 hours of care
  8 days (4 hours each day)
  Can be spread out over 4 weeks
• Ultimate Care Package - $749
  48 hours of care
  3 days weekly (4 hours each day for 4 weeks)
