Compassion: Treat people the way you want to be treated in every situation. Will not use language to reflect, “they are difficult”, “they are hard to please”, or “I don’t like them”. Each and every situation will be dealt with respect and compassion.

Accountability: Each employee will accept responsibility to be accountable for his or her own knowledge. Each person is accountable to ask if they don’t know and be proactive in seeking information that allows them to do an exceptional job.

Team Work: We will work together as a team. We will share the burden as a team. There is no such thing as “it’s not my job”.

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.
