Complete Comfort Care is an Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS)/Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) approved provider. In that capacity, Complete Comfort Care adheres to all AHCCCS/ALTCS requirements including:
- Conducting periodic visits according to specific AHCCCS quidelines (scheduled and unscheduled)
- Conducting specific types of visits according to AHCCCS guidelines
- Maintaining ongoing contact with case managers on client status
- Reporting changes in client condition to case manager for immediate attention
- Maintaining appropriate client documentation of all visits and communication
- Adhering to strict compliance with approved hours of service and established work schedule
Complete Comfort Care is proud to also be accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). This means that we meet very strict criteria for safety and quality set by JCAHO, the same organization that regulates hospitals. - Fall Risk Identification and Prevention
