Employment
General Attendants
Complete Comfort Care is always looking for qualified, caring individuals who have an interest in and appreciation for the field of care giving. We seek out only the most responsible, caring people, then thoroughly screen, interview, and train them. Requirements for employment for prospective new employees include:
- 1 year of care giving experience
- Have their own transportation
- Have either a high school diploma or GED
- Have no convictions
- Must be at least 18 years old
The employment process for each new attendant includes completing an employment application including references and an interview with our Recruiter, passing a physical and back ground check and reference check. After those criteria are completed successfully, the new attendant will be scheduled for the 2-3 day certified training program. (While previous experience and training are important, Complete Comfort Care can only certify individuals for the type, quantity and quality of training we provide – therefore every attendant becomes Complete Comfort Care certified).
Client Specific Attendants
Family members and friends can become employees of the Complete Comfort Care Program as client specific attendants when a resident of Maricopa County who qualifies for services under ALTCS can elect for this person to be their caregiver and for them to do so by becoming employees of the Complete Comfort Care. This is a wonderful opportunity for friends and family to care for their loved ones without sacrificing the income they would ordinarily earn outside the home.
Because of the existing relationship between clients and client specific attendants, some of the employment requirements are eased. Please call 602.344.2700 and ask for the Recruiter who can discuss specifics more fully.
