    Dr. Gerard Quigley is a nurse practitioner in the Department of Gastroenterology at MIHS. He is an assistant professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, Phoenix Campus, and adjunct faculty at Grand Canyon University College of Nursing and Healthcare Professions. He received his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University, followed by both a master’s degree and doctorate degree from Grand Canyon University. Dr. Quigley is a published author in the area of liver disease. His focus on liver diseases include Hepatitis B and C, autoimmune hepatitis, hepatic steatosis and steatohepatitis, primary biliary cholangitis, cirrhosis, and hepatocellular carcinoma. His practice, however, is not limited to liver disease, as he also sees patients for all manners of gastrointestinal symptoms and disorders. Dr. Quigley works very closely with the endoscopy team to ensure complete gastroenterological evaluation can be offered and completed at MIHS.
