John M. Post, M.D.

John M. Post, M. D., Medical Director for the McDowell Healthcare Center (MHCC), graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine in 1971 and did his residency in Internal Medicine at MIHS. He has worked as a general internist for MIHS since finishing his residency in 1977, and has been Medical Director of MHCC since 1990, (15 years). Since 1990 he has been active with the Aids Educational Training Center in Phoenix. Author of numerous medical articles, he is a fellow of the American College of Physicians, and a member of International Association of Physicians in AIDS Care, International AIDS Society, Arizona Medical Association, American Academy of HIV Medicine and HIV Medicine Association of IDSA. He is certified through AAHIVM as a HIV specialist. He has contributed to numerous clinical trials.
