Pre-RequisiteTraining

As a requirement of your employment with MIHS you must complete Joint Commission compliance training, as well as other prerequisite training.

Copa Learning Connection (CLC)

The Copa Learning Connection (CLC) is the online training system utilized by MIHS. The required edcuational modules will be assigned to you to be completed PRIOR to orientation. You will be contacted by your department coordinator for any additional training such as ATLS, NALS, PALS. Please click the link below for CLC login information.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

ACLS certification (except for Pediatric Residents) must be completed prior to the beginning of your residency at MIHS. Following initial certification, you must be recertified every 2 years. Please give us your current status by completing the ACLS Certification Form below. Complete online, and submit via email by May 1, 2008.You have 3 options to choose from:

Currently ACLS Certified – If you are currently certified, please provide a copy of your ACLS card, check the appropriate box, and enter the expiration date.

Not Certified: will take MIHS-offered ACLS course – If you are not certified or need to recertify, MIHS offers several dates for ACLS classes. Please check appropriate box on the ACLS Certification form. See below for a link to the MIHS ACLS Registration Information page.

Not Certified: will obtain training on my own before orientation – If you are not certified but will be obtaining your ACLS certification outside of MIHS, please check the appropriate box and bring a copy of your ACLS card to orientation.
