Ever feel overwhelmed with how to find services or someone to talk with about HIV? It is easy to get help by doing one of the following:
1. Sign-up to have someone call or email you about care and services you may need.
2. Or leave the completed form at McDowell or send it to the:

3. Or call the Family Advocate at (602)344-2627 and learn about all the resources that may be available to you an your family such as:
- Finding community resources
- Meeting others dealing with same problems
- Making friends
- Receiving information about events
- Getting free child care
- Enrolling in clinical trials
- Getting your family or friends tested
- Having a voice (e.g., join a support group)
- Strengthening your family
- Receiving behavioral health care
- Receiving dental care
