Title: 90-15-093-RFP Advisor for Professional Service Delivery System Model
Description: Maricopa County Special Health Care District dba Maricopa Integrated Health System (MIHS) hereby solicits sealed proposals from qualified Proposers to provide an ADVISOR FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE DELIVERY SYSTEM MODEL. After careful consideration, MIHS management has determined that it needs to restructure its relationship with its primary medical provider partner to address changes in care delivery, reimbursement and performance expectations. This relationship must take into consideration the fundamental change in health care economics that has occurred through state and federal policy, market
expectations and competitive pressure. The redesign of the relationship should focus on contemporary models for faculty practice plans providing medical education, administrative and clinical services to both insured and self-pay populations. This new model will then become the basis for modifications or renegotiation of the existing contract between the medical provider and MIHS.
