The Contracts Management Department is responsible for managing the procurement and contracting activities for the Maricopa County Special Health Care District dba Maricopa Integrated Health System ("District"). Primary accountabilities include the issuance/management of public procurements; contract negotiations; contract management and monitoring associated with goods and services utilized by the District.

Products/Services (for operation and maintenance of Maricopa Integrated Health System): Clinical Training Agreements; Hospital Supplies/Services; Interdepartmental/Intergovernmental Agreements; Residency Programs; Revenue Agreements; Grants; Registry Agreements; Affiliation Agreements; Patient Transfer Agreements; Financial Services; Construction; Architects and Engineering Services; Capital Equipment; Utilities and Leases.
