MIHS is a level one trauma center that offers comprehensive physical, occupational and speech therapy services for all ages. Our therapy team carefully evaluates and assesses your needs and develops an individualized treatment plan to allow you to reach the highest quality of life after suffering an injury or an accident.

The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department provides therapy services to inpatient and outpatient populations through professionally licensed physical and occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. The department’s ultimate goal is to improve each patient’s function and independence.

Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation outpatient services are located on the south side of the third floor of the Comprehensive Health Center.

The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department provides therapy services to patients in the following MIHS locations:

  • Comprehensive Health Center
    • Physical Therapy Clinic
    • Orthopedic Clinic
  • Main Hospital Campus
  • Emergency Department
  • Behavioral Health Annex
